James Webb Space Telescope and Hubble team up to peer through cosmic dust


Astronomers have mixed observations from the James Webb and Hubble Area Telescopes to get a greater grasp of how interstellar dust obscures the view of distant galaxies. 

The newly launched picture, capturing two galaxies that seem shut to one another, combines the infrared measurements taken by the James Webb Space Telescope with the seen and ultraviolet gentle imaging achieved by the Hubble Space Telescope.
